What are your bodybuilding goals?

To stay fit and gain lean mass overtime. I dont plan to become huge and nasty but im sure at one point ill try and get that big for a challenge. I also want to help other become fit and well i guess buff. I plan to become a personal trainer part time.

What is an average day for you when it comes to meals?

During school its hard to diet. But i start off my day with a bowl of cereal and 3 eggs. The cereal is usually Kasho Go Lean protein crunch but some times i also add muscle milk and oats. For a snack i bring a protein bar and a 16ox bottle of water. Be sure the bar has at least 25 grams of protein and somewhat low sat. fats. Snack is usuallly a tuna sandwhich with a whole wheat bagel as the bread and also more water. Be sure to use albacore tuna. When i get home i have a bowl and my secret cereal. It contain about every nut and has a lot of grains. Also flax seeds and a few goodies like M&Ms for flavor. Then i go to gym. After gym i have a protein shake. Either Optimum Nutrition or Isopure. Each with 35 grams of protein. THen for dinner i have a meat, veggie, potatoe or paste and a salad. Then before bed another protein shake.


How often do you work out? For how long?

When im not in soccer season i do around 3-5 times a week. Depending on how sore i am or if i have time. I try not to let bodybuilding take over my life. I am there around 1-2 hours. Never workout for more than 2. I used to be there for 3-5 hours each day and it just wears out your body.

Have you ever been in a bodybuilding competition?

No. I dont plan on competing. I just do it because i love it. I love the rush and the results.

Do you want to compete soon?

No but i have respect for every person that does.

Where do you see yourself in 2 years in terms of bodybuilding?

I see still working out and becoming bigger and stronger. I hopefully can help people train to become builders.

In 5 years?

I see being the same place just again, bigger and stronger.

When did you first start bodybuilding?

A year and a half ago. Beginning of my junior year in high school.

What was your inspiration?

Seeing results and realizing i could gain size fast were the biggest, but also the comments i recieved from numerous people.

How committed are you? Do you ever have lapses, like take a break from working out?

Yea i take a break everyonce in a while. I actually took a 2 week break last month but it was due to a sprained wrist. Breaks are good because it lets your body fully head but the down side is you might loose a little strength.

Do you work out alone or with partners?

I do both. I like partners better because you can lift much heavier and get more reps because you have a spot. But working out alone give you more focus. I would say heavy days work with partner and light days work alone.

Where do you work out? For how long?

I work out at the YMCA and Golds Gym. Ive been at the Y for a year and a half and Golds since summer of 06.

Who are your bodybuilding heroes?

Of coarse Arnold Schwarzeneggar and also Markus Ruhl.
